Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Garnet Valley, PA is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our PRN team. You choose when you work while remaining part of a collaborative therapy group focused on quality patient care.

We value experienced clinicians who can evaluate and develop individualized plans to improve functional independence, document progress, and educate patients and families on adaptive equipment and safety at home. On-site opportunities at Naamans Creek Country Manor.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state OT license and NBCOT certification.
• Awareness of patient safety and adaptive equipment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required
• Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required
• 1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
