Job summary

Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant in Maryland seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to support Mondays–Wednesdays with weekend availability. You will assess residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance independence and quality of life in a not-for-profit, mission-driven setting.

Work with an interdisciplinary team, educate residents and families, document progress, and contribute to continuous quality improvement while adhering to safety and licensure

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in Maryland.
  • Previous experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide individual and group therapy to enhance cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functioning.
  • Educate residents and families regarding therapy goals and progress.
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment documentation accurately and timely.
  • Maintain safety standards and support education of staff and students.

We are specifically looking for PRN support on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with some weekend availability as needed.
