Here, your work is more than a job, it’s a meaningful part of something bigger.Come see the difference!What You’ll Do as an LVMG Concierge:Operate telephone, paging, radio, voicemail, and computerized phone systems, answer calls professionally and direct inquiries to appropriate individuals or departments.Provide information and materials (e.g., brochures, directions, newsletters, calendars) in accordance with policies.Greet visitors and assist with guest room reservations, directing them to the proper offices, personnel, or residents.Prepare event and tour signage and assist with maintaining meeting room and event calendars.Manage work orders using computer software and support administrative staff as needed.Maintain positive, cooperative relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and community partners.Perform all duties aligned with the organization’s mission and comply with established policies and procedures.Participate in mandatory training, in-service sessions, and cross-training opportunities to enhance clerical support skills.What You'll Love About Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant and LSMMD:Exciting things are happening at LSMMD!
