Job summary

Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven community in Maryland. This role offers a flexible schedule with Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, plus weekend availability as needed, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.

You will assess, plan, and implement individualized rehabilitation programs to help residents regain or maintain daily living skills, and you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Maryland OT license required.
• Previous PRN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans with the care team.
• Provide individual and group therapy to improve cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functioning.
• Document evaluations and progress notes accurately and timely.
• Educate residents and families on goals, progress, and strategies.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the team and participate in care meetings.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Supervise COTAs and students and model clinical best practices.
• Support group activities and a positive therapeutic environment.
