Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities, identifying areas for improvement and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance residents' daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement individualized plans to address residents' medical and functional needs.
• Educate and empower residents and their families on self‑care techniques, adaptive equipment, and strategies for maintaining independence.
• Document resident progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or needs.
