Job summary

Coastal Health & Rehabilitation Center in Florida is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility rehabilitation team. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

The role emphasizes ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, cognition, and safety, with documentation in compliance with Medicare guidelines and collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in good standing in Florida.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and Medicare regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team. The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides occupational therapy services to promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life.
