Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team in Florida. The OT will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and deliver therapy to promote independence, safety, and improved quality of life.

Responsibilities include ADL and mobility-focused therapy, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary care planning. Strong documentation and compliance with Medicare and facility guidelines are essential, along

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current OT license in good standing in Florida.
• Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of geriatric rehabilitation and Medicare regulations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

We are seeking a compassionate and licensed Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility rehabilitation team.
