Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time on-site position. You will evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and help with activities of daily living to improve independence. Collaboration with COTAs, nursing, and other rehab staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Washington OT license or eligibility
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Strong clinical skills and a team-first attitude
• New grads welcome; rehab experience a plus

Responsabilités

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans
• Help residents improve daily living skills (dressing, bathing, eating, mobility)
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety changes
• Supervise and support COTAs
• Provide patient and family education on safety and independence
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team
