Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for full-time or PRN roles. Earn $30-$40 per hour full-time, or $35-$45 per hour PRN, with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

The PTA will assist residents in regaining strength, balance, and mobility, under the supervision of a PT, and contribute to a compassionate rehab team focused on returning residents home stronger.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Washington PTA license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Positive attitude and strong people skills.
• New grads welcome; prior skilled nursing or rehab experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans set by the physical therapist.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility and walking.
• Teach residents and families exercises and safe ways to move.
• Track progress and communicate responses to the PT.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing and care team to support recovery.
