Job summary

Colonial Vista Post Acute in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents regain daily living skills. You’ll evaluate residents, design individualized treatment plans, and guide care with clinical judgment while collaborating with a close-knit rehab team.

This full-time role offers $45-$55 per hour, comprehensive benefits for you and your family, and opportunities to grow your clinical leadership in post-acute rehab.

Qualifications

• Current Washington OT license.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong clinical skills, creativity and a team-first attitude.
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience is a plus; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans.
• Help residents improve daily living skills like dressing, bathing, eating and getting around safely.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety changes.
• Supervise and support COTAs.
• Teach residents and families how to stay safe and independent.
• Keep clear, accurate documentation and work closely with nursing and the care team.
