Christie Clinic's department of Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic on University in Champaign, working Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, with no weekends or holidays.
We offer excellent benefits and opportunities for specialization. New graduates of accredited Physical Therapy programs are welcome to apply. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred. A license to practice in Illinois is required. Certification in Lymphedema and OT experience are preferred.
This role involves evaluating, planning, interpreting, and implementing specific physical therapy treatment programs. The therapist will collaborate with various health professionals.
Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 pounds, using equipment, and effective communication are required. Corrected vision and hearing are necessary.
Working Conditions: Clinical setting with exposure to potential hazards. Irregular hours may be required.
