Job summary

BrightStar Care in St. Cloud, MN is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem assignment. You will travel to clients' homes within the St.

Cloud territory, assess and treat, and collaborate with a COTA. You determine your own schedule and are paid per visit or per evaluation with weekly pay. Requirements include Minnesota OT license, CPR, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of OT experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as occupational therapist.
• Valid driver license and CPR.
• Current OT license for Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapist, assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment.
• Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment.
• Perform visits based on required frequency, with opportunity to supervise and work with a COTA.

A day in the life of our Occupational Therapist:

As an Occupational Therapist, (OT) you will assess and evaluate, develop the plan of care and treatment. Participate in the development of the client's total plan of treatment. Perform visits based off frequency listed, with an opportunity to supervise and work with a COTA.

BrightStar OT Requirements:

• 1 year of experience as occupational therapist
• Valid driver license and CPR
• Current OT license for Minnesota
