Blue Stone Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist for per diem assignments in Ellsworth, MN. The role requires an OT license in good standing and NBCOT certification where applicable.

You will evaluate patients in SNF/long-term care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer competitive hourly wages ($36–$55) with flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development and advancement within Enhance Therapies family

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Current state license as an OT required.
• NBCOT certification may be required depending on state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Create and implement personalized care plans.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Strong communication and organizational skills
