Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our 69-bed facility in Willingboro, NJ on a PRN/Per Diem schedule (8am–4:30pm, weekdays). The OT will conduct individual therapy regimens, monitor patient responses, participate in discharge planning, and supervise OTAs and OT/COTA students.

This role emphasizes compassionate, high‑quality inpatient care in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within first 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement and patient/family education.
• Supervise OTAs and OT/COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
