Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation in Marlton, NJ is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient rehab team. This Per Diem (PRN) role offers weekday hours 9AM–5PM with weekend coverage at our Marlton location (92 Brick Road).

Compensation is $56 per hour, with patient-centered care and opportunities for growth. You will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, participate in discharge planning, and educate patients and families while coordinating with the care

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for Occupational Therapist.
• Certified BLS.

Responsibilities

As a OT you will evaluate all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plan in accordance with the patient’s need and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities. Serves as an educator of patients, families, students, co-workers and self. Performs other professional duties associated with the care of the patient, development of discipline-specific therapy services and design of program delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
