Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Willingboro is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN/Per Diem role at 218 Sunset Rd, Willingboro, NJ. The position runs 8am–4:30pm on weekdays, with compensation at $56.00 per hour.

The hospital is part of Select Specialty Hospital, a 69-bed facility in the greater Philadelphia area. The OT will participate in discharge planning, supervise OTAs and OT/COTA students, and provide individualized therapy while monitoring patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) and OT/COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
