Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Per Diem position in SNF and long-term care settings.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, develop personalized care plans, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
