Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist for per diem work in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in Michigan. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling and professional growth through mentorship and education initiatives.

You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, collaborate with the care team, and ensure regulatory documentation and proper physician orders are maintained. New grads are welcome to apply with mentorship support.

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes

• Obtain and update physician orders as required
