Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting in New Jersey. A valid state license is required.

You'll join Enhance Therapies' network, offering flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth through mentorship and education. Make a difference in patients' daily living through functional and cognitive rehab, ADLs, and tailored care plans, while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if state requires.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
