Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - Per Diem for SNF/Long-Term Care settings. The role supports clinicians with competitive pay, collaborative work environment, and ongoing clinical education to advance patient care.

Must hold an OT state license and NBCOT if required by the state; new grads welcome with mentorship; immigration support available for H1B candidates where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification required if state requires it.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
