Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a per diem role in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will evaluate patients, create individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

We support clinicians with flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and immigration support for H1B candidates, with paths for advancement within our network.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current state license for Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
