Harbors Home Health & Hospice in Washington state is seeking a PER DIEM Occupational Therapist to join our team to deliver high-quality home health care.

You will provide one-on-one patient care, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the care team to support community health. Flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement are offered.

A WA State OT license, a valid driver's license with a clean record, current CPR/BLS certification, and reliable transportation are required.

Competenze

• Active WA State Occupational Therapy License.
• Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Vehicle insurance with a dependable vehicle.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Mansioni

• Provide patient care in home health with one-on-one attention.
