Job summary

Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a WA State Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality patient care in home settings on a per diem basis. You’ll join a compassionate team delivering personalized therapy in patients' homes across our community.

Requirements include an active WA State COTA license, graduation from an accredited OTA program, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
