Harbors Home Health & Hospice in Washington is seeking a per diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high quality in-home patient care. Must have WA State COTA license and graduate from an accredited program; home health experience is a plus.

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required. We offer flexible per diem scheduling and a supportive team dedicated to patient well-being.

Competenze

• Current WA State COTA license required.
• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Home health experience preferred, not required.
• Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
