Harbors Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to support our Pacific County team and provide exceptional patient care in home health settings. You will work with patients to develop and execute individualized care plans, promoting independence and high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and community impact, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a supportive environment.

Competenze

• WA state Physical Therapy license required.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Vehicle insurance and dependable vehicle.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
