Job summary

Corewell Health – Zeeland site is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to provide therapy to patients under medical direction and educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment as needed.

The role is based in the Rehab Resource Pool at Grand Rapids Hospital with a day shift. On-site position offering comprehensive benefits, vaccine requirements, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited OT program.
• Master's degree preferred.
• MI OT license required upon hire.
• OTR certification NB-COT required upon hire.
• MI driver's license required upon hire.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required within 90 days.
• CHT certification preferred upon hire.

Standard Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Preferred Master's Degree
• LIC-Occupational Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) - NB-COT National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Upon Hire required
• LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• CRT-Hand Therapist, Certified (CHT) - HTCC Hand Therapy Certification Commission Hand Therapy Program Upon Hire preferred
