PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time, 1099 contractor role in Houston, TX. The clinician will serve children aged 2–18 in an outpatient clinic, with a flexible schedule and potential for a varied caseload. Start date December 2026; SIPT/NDt or BCBS familiarity a plus.

• Licensed or eligible to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred, fieldwork counts.

• Deliver pediatric OT services for ages 2–18 in an outpatient clinic.
• Collaborate with families and care team to set goals.
• Document sessions and progress notes; maintain flexible schedule.

• You’ll work as an Occupational Therapist with an established company who has flourished on the south/west end of Houston for many years
• Home to all disciplines and strive to treat their patients with the highest level of care
• Clinic offers an amazing therapy gym that the kids really enjoy
• This is a 1099 independent contractor position with handsome rates and wonderful flexibility
• Position is available to start December2026
• We serve a population that comprises of CP, Autism, ADHD, genetic disorders etc...
• Caseload is full caseload needed or two therapists to pick up half a case each
• Hours8am-6pm; 4-5 days/week; Flexible to start later.
• Ages are 2-18 yrs old (flexible depending on clients)
• Previous experience as a pediatric OT required, fieldwork counts
• Rates are per visit Preference will be give to those that have:
  • SIPT Certification or in the process of obtaining it.
  • NDT training or certification
  • Previous certification with BCBS Working about30hours per week

You will need to hold a Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy and a current state license (or be eligible for same).
