Job summary

PediaStaff seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve birth-5 in clinic or field settings, delivering early intervention to foster feeding, motor, sensory, emotional, and cognitive skills.

You will collaborate with parents to coach and educate, participate in IFSP planning, and engage families in community childcare environments. A CA license and Master’s in OT are required; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and CA state license (or eligible) required.
• Knowledge of IFSP process for kids birth-5 preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Treat a caseload of birth-5 in clinic or field settings.
• Collaborate with parents to meet EI needs and social-emotional development.
• Provide parent/caregiver education and coaching.
• Engage in community settings such as childcare and natural environments.
