Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a pediatric Occupational Therapist to develop a pediatric program for an underserved community. You will provide patient-centered, one-on-one therapy focused on developmental delays, sensory integration, and sensory regulation.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration with PT/SLP colleagues, and a commitment to excellence in care delivery within a nonprofit hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop a pediatric program for an underserved community.
• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy services to children with developmental delays.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions and track progress with families.

Highlights/Benefits:

• Pediatric Outpatient Clinic for a Non-Profit Hospital
• Majority of your caseload is developmental delays, sensory integration, and sensory regulation.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team of PT and SLPs
• 4-10's (3-day weekend!) or 5-8's schedule is available
• 1 hour per patient - always 1:1 with you as the therapist
