Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to support students in a school setting, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to develop and implement IEP-driven interventions, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Valid state OT license is required.
• Experience with pediatric populations and IEP processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' motor, sensory, and functional abilities to identify needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions in alignment with students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments.
• Contribute to IEP development with insights on motor development and accommodations.
