Job summary

ITS Integrated Therapy Solutions, Hawthorne, CA, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team serving children from birth to 21 years old.

You will provide individualized OT sessions, collaborate with PTs, SLPs, and developmental specialists, and drive outcomes in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment with flexible Mon-Fri scheduling.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as an OT.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one OT sessions for children from birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with team members including PTs, SLPs, developmental interventionists, and early intervention specialists.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals to ensure a holistic approach.
• Contribute to a supportive, growth‑oriented work environment.

What You Will Need:
