Henderson Group in Ohio is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a community-focused rehabilitation center. The role spans inpatient and pediatric settings with a 50/50 split, offering a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The position includes a $20K sign-on bonus with a 2-year contract and comprehensive benefits. The team emphasizes patient-first care and collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment approaches.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• COT license in Ohio (active).
• CPR certification current.
• Experience across inpatient and pediatric settings.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to improve functional outcomes.
• Treat across neonate to geriatric populations in inpatient and pediatric settings.
• Supervise COTAs and OT students.
• Ensure compliance with practice standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
