Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence and improve their physical abilities. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy services.

This role emphasizes a patient-centered approach, collaborating with peers and making referrals as necessary, while educating patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence and productivity.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy with 5 years of progressive OT experience.
• Qualifying Occupational Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent to a U.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Adapt therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
