Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, create personalized recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy services. You will adapt therapy programs to fit each patient and collaborate with peers to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include independent evaluation, interdisciplinary referrals, and educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity within a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible OT experience.
• Qualifying Occupational Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be equivalent to a U.S. degree in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy services to patients.
• Adapt therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care.
