Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility therapy aimed at restoring patient independence and function. You will assess needs, design recovery plans and deliver OT services across diverse settings, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.

You will guide patients and caregivers, supporting empowerment and self-management while adhering to accredited standards and company protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• NBCOT registration or eligibility.
• Valid OT license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans and deliver occupational therapy.
• Provide OT treatment sessions and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
