Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current State Board of Occupational Therapy licensure.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• One year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and establish an OT plan of care with patient-driven goals.
• Select therapeutic interventions addressing identified impairments.
• Conduct ongoing reassessment and manage discharge planning from the first visit.
• Document within required timeframes and comply with accreditation and insurance guidelines.
• Communicate with patient, family, and health care team to maximize care benefits.
• Contribute to quality improvement activities.
