Job summary

Cedar Point Care & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist for our skilled nursing facility in Ohio. The OT will assess cognitive and ADL needs, design and implement therapeutic plans, and document outcomes to help residents regain function.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay of $40–$55, and a PRN schedule. A Kansas license is required to practice; join a team committed to compassionate, quality elder care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Active Kansas state license required.
• 1+ year experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Screen/evaluate patients and develop plans of care.
• Provide rehabilitative interventions per standards.
• Document progress in clinical records and reports.
• Supervise PT aides or students as assigned.
• Adhere to NBCOT/AOTA codes and company policies.
