Responsible for developing treatment plans considering discharge needs, functional outcomes, and equipment. Engages in patient education, consultations, and may participate in research and quality improvement projects.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of experience, with licensure and board certification in a specialized area. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills are essential.
