Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist with hand therapy experience to join a multidisciplinary outpatient team. • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience; supervision experience is not required.
• Board Certification and licensure in area of expertise.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree.

• Establish treatment plans considering discharge needs and appropriate equipment.
• Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams, making referrals as needed.
• Delegate interventions based on staff skill levels through clear communication.
• Adhere to clinical guidelines and department policies in assessments and treatments.
• Contribute to staff development, care delivery, and innovation initiatives.
