This position involves assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative occupational therapy programs to restore or enhance patients' daily functioning, mobility, cognition, strength, coordination, and range of motion. The therapist collaborates with physicians and patients to develop personalized treatment plans, set achievable goals, and ensure effective discharge strategies. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment delivery, education, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills:
