Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide skilled outpatient services across orthopedic, sports medicine, neurologic, vestibular/balance, and oncology rehabilitation. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

The role requires licensure as an OT with strong communication and assessment skills; entry-level candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist is mandatory.
• No prior experience required for entry-level candidates.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical assessment skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establish and adjust treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional goals.
• Educate and consult with patients, families, and healthcare team members, making appropriate referrals.
• Delegate interventions to assistants based on their skill level.
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress.
