Job summary

US Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist in Bayside, Queens & Hewlett. The role involves providing one-on-one outpatient OT care, evaluating and adjusting care plans, and working with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation ranges from $80k to $90k annually, with a range of benefits including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates must be Occupational Therapist Program graduates with a New York State license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Possess a NYS Occupational Therapy License or be eligible.
• Outpatient experience preferred, mentorship available for new grads.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one outpatient OT care

• Fabricate custom splints as needed
• Document evaluations and treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
