Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in New York operates multiple outpatient clinics (Carroll Gardens and Ridgewood) and is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join the team. The role involves delivering one-on-one outpatient OT, designing and updating care plans, fabricating splints, and documenting progress across state-of-the-art facilities.

Qualifications

• NY State OT license or eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred (mentorship available for new grads).
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

• Sensory integration experience a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certifications required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
