Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Nassau and Suffolk County seeks a Full-Time Occupational Therapist for outpatient clinics. You will provide one-on-one OT care, evaluate and adjust care plans, fabricate splints, and document progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold NYS OT licensure (or are eligible) with outpatient experience and strong communication. Benefits include PTO,401(k), tuition reimbursement, CEU support, and career advancement.

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
