Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in Bellmore and Hewlett is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinics.

You will provide one-on-one OT care, evaluate and adjust individualized care plans, fabricate splints as needed, document evaluations and progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• OT program graduate with NYS license or eligibility.
• Outpatient experience preferred; mentorship available for new grads.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.

Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) | $80k–$90k

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
