Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Westchester County outpatient clinics. This position offers a salary between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, along with generous PTO.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an Occupational Therapist Program with a NYS license or eligibility. Responsibilities include providing patient care, evaluating treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Occupational Therapist Program.
• Valid NYS Occupational Therapy License or eligible.
• Outpatient experience preferred; mentorship available for new grads.
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000-$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
