Job summary

Manna Post Acute in Pickens, SC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a PRN/part-time position to join our skilled nursing and rehab team.

You will evaluate and treat patients, communicate with families and the health care team, and maintain comprehensive documentation in the medical records. Casamba and Point Click Care experience is required, with licensure in good standing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed OT in the state; maintain licensure in good standing.
• Proficient with Casamba and Point Click Care for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients and communicates with families and health team members.
• Maintains complete documentation of services in medical records.
• Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
