Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in Anderson, SC, to deliver high-quality therapy services within a caring team environment. Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba preferred.

Responsibilities

This role includes evaluation, treatment planning, team collaboration, and supervision of therapy staff, all focused on improving residents’ independence and quality of life.### **Key Responsibilities*** Evaluate residents within required timeframes and develop individualized **treatment plans*** Provide therapy services per **physician orders** and established goals* Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulations* Supervise **COTAs, aides, and students** in accordance with state practice act* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on **care planning and patient progress*** Participate in **care conferences, utilization reviews, and rehab meetings*** Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and discharge plans* Assist with **durable medical equipment (DME)** recommendations* Provide staff training and participate in in-services* Ensure compliance with all **state, federal, and payer requirements**### **Qualifications*** Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred)* Active **South Carolina Occupational Therapist (OTR) license** in good standing* Experience in **skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred*** Familiarity with **PointClickCare and Casamba** preferred* Strong clinical, documentation, and leadership skillsWe are an equal opportunity employer.
