Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for our Greenville, SC facility. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $38–$52 and comprehensive benefits, including PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Active, unencumbered OT license in South Carolina is required.

You will collaborate closely with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver personalized, patient-centered care.### **Key Responsibilities*** Perform **patient evaluations** and develop individualized treatment plans* Provide therapy to improve **ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination*** Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation* Participate in **care plan meetings and discharge planning*** Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy programs and goals* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes* Support and mentor therapy staff as needed### **Qualifications*** Degree in **Occupational Therapy** (Bachelor’s required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred)* Active, unencumbered **OT license in South Carolina (required)*** Must maintain all **continuing education requirements** and good standing with the State Board* Experience in a **skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred*** Proficiency with **PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred*** Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills### ### ### **Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?**At Cherrydale, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team that values your expertise, supports your growth, and offers real career progression.
