Job summary

Hayward Gardens Post Acute is looking for a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Hayward, CA. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with a pay range of $60.00–$75.00 per hour DOE.

As an OTR, you will evaluate residents, create individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy to improve ADLs, mobility, and independence. New grads are encouraged to apply for this supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine occupational therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for ADLs and mobility.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve strength, balance, and independence.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with California state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, families, and the rehab team.
